Cancellations
All appointments are made on days and times
agreed upon by both parties.
We should like to request that you keep pre-arranged appointments whenever
possible as they affect other clients and their dogs as well.
If you are unable to attend please let us know as soon as possible.
The
cancellation policy requires notification of 72 hours prior to the
appointment. If notification is received later or not at all, the full fee
maybe charged at our discretion.
